摘　　要：针对制造企业人员管理和操作需求,分析机械加工车间工时管理信息系统存在的问题,提出机械加工车间的制造流程设计,阐述了系统功能模块设计和网络结构设计,以提高机械加工产业信息化控制水平。In view of the personnel management and operation requirements of manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the man hour management information system of the machining workshop,such as the poor controllability of the fixed man hour,the nonstandard invoicing format,the difficulty in statistical man hour,and the difficulty in information query,etc. The manufacturing process design of machining workshop is proposed,and the system function module design and network structure design are described to improve the information control level of machining industry.
