摘 要:新型奥氏体耐热钢HR3C研发的焊材有配套焊材YT-HR3C和替代Ni基焊材(ERNiCrCoMo-1、ERNiCr-3和ERNiCrMo-3等),为了防止焊接过程中产生热裂纹,需要严格控制焊接工艺,重点是控制层间温度小于等于100℃。在不同温度下随着时效时间的进行,焊接接头的焊缝组织未发生变化,为单一奥氏体组织(γ相),而析出相Cr23C6、CrFe7C0.45、(Cr,Fe)7C3、CrNbN和富Cu相的数量、形态和分布发生变化,其中Cr23C6的大量析出导致接头冲击功急剧下降,表现出时效脆化现象。针对HR3C的焊材、焊接工艺和焊接接头性能的研究进展进行综述。Welding consumables developed for the new austenitic heat-resistant steel HR3C include YT-HR3C and Ni-based consumables,the Ni-based consumables include ERNiCrCoMo-1,ERNiCr-3 and ERNiCrMo-3. It needs to strictly control the welding process in order to prevent thermal cracks during welding,the key is to control the interlayer temperature of welding ≤100 ℃,with aging time at different temperatures,the weld structure of the welded joint have no change,is single austenite structure(γ phase),but the number,morphology and distribution of precipitated phases Cr23C6,CrFe7C0.45,(Cr,Fe)7C3,CrNbN and Cu-rich phases change,a large amount of precipitation of Cr23C6 leads to a sharp decline in the impact energy of the joint,behave aging embrittlement.This article mainly reviews the research development on welding consumables,welding processes and weld joint performance of HR3C.
