摘 要:针对高温合金支架焊接合格率低的问题,开展了六西格玛项目,通过定义、测量、分析、改善和控制5个阶段,分析焊接工艺过程流程,确定了影响焊缝质量的潜在因子,并通过双比率检验和卡方检验两种方法确定了关键因子。最后通过设计试验,对关键工艺参数进行优化,确定最优工艺参数。将改进后的工艺方案应用于实际生产中,焊接合格率由35%提升到95.8%,年节省报废和返修成本62.7万元。该改进方法在取得显著经济效益的同时,证明了六西格玛方法在焊接领域应用的可行性,为类似产品的生产、改进提供参考价值。Aiming at the problem of low qualified rate of high temperature alloy bracket welding,a Six Sigma project was launched. Through the five stages of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control,the welding process flow is analyzed,the potential factors affecting the weld quality are determined,and the key factors are determined through the two methods of double ratio test and chi square test. Finally,through the design test,the key process parameters are optimized and the optimal process parameters are determined. When the improved process plan is applied to the actual production,the welding qualification rate is increased from 35% to 95.8%,and the annual scrap and repair cost is saved by 627000 yuan. This paper proves the feasibility of Six Sigma method in the field of welding and provides reference value for the production and improvement of similar products.
