摘 要:对比研究3 kW激光的加入对铝合金MIG焊熔滴过渡和过程稳定性的影响,结果表明,激光的加入使焊接过程更稳定。小电弧参数时,在等离子流力、电磁收缩力和激光匙孔金属蒸汽反冲力的共同作用下,激光-MIG复合焊熔滴落点更靠近焊丝;大电弧参数时,等离子流力和电磁收缩力起主要作用,激光匙孔金属蒸汽反冲力的作用可以忽略不计,激光加入前后熔滴均沿焊丝延长线落入熔池。Effect of laser on metal transfer and welding process stability were studied. The results show that laser-MIG hybrid welding process was more stable than MIG. When wire feeding speed were low,electromagnetic force,plasma drag force and recoil force induce by the metallic vapor from the keyhole of laser were the keys to affect the droplet behavior.The landing location of droplet in laser-MIG hybrid welding was closer to the welding filler wire due to the effect of the recoil force induce by the metallic vapor from the keyhole of laser. When wire feeding speed was high,electromagnetic force and plasma drag force were the keys to affect the droplet behavior. The droplet behavior of laser-MIG hybrid welding and MIG welding had no significant differences.
