摘  要:目的通过考察黄芩全成分及各拆分组分(苷元、苷类、多糖)对正常大鼠、寒证模型大鼠及热证模型大鼠体内物质、能量代谢相关酶表达的影响,以阐述其药性的物质基础。方法采用黄芩全成分及其各拆分组分分别干预正常大鼠、冰水浴导致的寒证模型大鼠及优甲乐诱导的热证模型大鼠,15 d后取肝脏,检测与物质、能量代谢相关的15种酶的表达,然后对其进行横纵向比较分析。结果对正常大鼠的影响(P<0.05):黄芩全成分有11项,苷元1项,苷类3项,多糖1项。全成分对物质、能量代谢相关酶的抑制效果显著;对寒证大鼠的影响(P<0.05):全成分5项,苷元0项,苷类6项,多糖1项。全成分抑制物质代谢及能量代谢,但是不及正常大鼠明显,苷类成分对物质代谢影响很明显;对热证大鼠的影响(P<0.05):全成分12项,苷元7项,苷类12项,可见黄芩全成分及苷元、苷类组分对热证大鼠物质、能量代谢均有明显的抑制作用。多糖组分对各项指标几乎无影响。结论黄芩全成分抑制物质、能量代谢,苷元、苷类具有与全成分相似的作用趋势,并且对热证模型大鼠表现更为明显,推测苷元、苷类为黄芩寒性的物质基础。Objective To explain the substantial base of the nature of radix scutellariae through investigating the impacts of the herb and its splitting components(aglycones,glycosides,polysaccharides)on the relevant enzyme expressions of the substance and energy metabolism in the normal rats and the model rats of cold syndrome and heat syndrome.Methods The whole components of radix scutellariae and its splitting components were used to interfere with the normal rats and cold-syndrome model rats induced by ice bath and the heat-syndrome model rats separately.15 days later,the livers were collected to determine the expressions of 15 enzymes relevant with the substance and energy metabolism.The transverse longitudinal comparative analysis was adopted afterward.Results Regarding the impacts on the normal rats(P<0.05),there were 11 items of the whole components,1 item of aglycones,3 items of glycosides and 1 item of polysaccharides.The whole components of the herb achieved the significant inhibition on the relevant enzymes of substance and energy metabolism.Regarding the impacts on the cold-syndrome rats(P<0.05):there were 5 items of the whole components,0 item of aglycones,6 items of glycosides and 1 item of polysaccharides.The whole components of the herb inhibited the substance and energy metabolism,but the effect was inferior to the normal rats.The impacts of glycosides were obvious on the substance metabolism.Regarding the heat-syndrome rats(P<0.05),there were 12 items of the whole components,7 items of aglycones and 12 items of glycosides.It was shown that the whole components of radix scutellariae,aglycones and glycosides provided the obvious effects on the substance and energy metabolism in the heat-syndrome rats.Polysaccharides had no impact on those indicators.Conclusion The whole components of radix scutellariae inhibit substance and energy metabolism.The effects of aglycones and glycosides are similar to those of the whole components of the herb and are more obvious in the heat-syndrome rats.It is implied that aglyc
