从中医心身医学角度探讨男科疾病的治疗

摘　　要：心身医学的理念并非现代提出,古代中医学就有对于心身医学的论述,《黄帝内经》等相关中医经典所提出的“天人合一”“形神合一”以及“七情致病”等观点,本质上反映出躯体与心理状态之间存在相互影响的关系。慢性前列腺炎(CP)、早泄(PE)、勃起功能障碍(ED)等男科疾病其病因复杂,病程较长且临床疗效见效缓慢,患者长期受疾病的困扰,随之而来的心理障碍近年来愈发受到人们的关注。在治疗过程中,导师李海松教授尤其重视“身心同治”的理念,并认为男科疾病亦应属于心身疾病的范畴,诊疗过程中认识并识别出患者躯体症状与心理症状的关联性并加以处理,对于疗效的提高至关重要,心身医学与男科疾病之间存在重大关系。在现代医学“生物—社会—心理”医学模式的普及下,强调中医心身医学在男科疾病诊疗领域中的应用,能够为男科诊疗提供新的思路。The origin of the thought of psychosomatic medicine is much earlier than the concept is raised.In ancient TCM literature,such as The Yellow Emperor′s Inner Classic,the thoughts of“unity of heaven and man”,“unity of form and spirit”,“pathogenesis of seven emotions”fundamentally reflect the interaction between the physical condition and mental state.Andrological diseases such as chronic prostatitis(CP),premature ejaculation(PE),erectile dysfunction(ED)have complicated causes,long treatment course and slow clinical efficacy.Patients are suffering from the disease,and the accompanying psychological disorders have drawn increasing attention in recent years.Professor Li Haisong raises that andrological diseases are closely related to psychosomatic disease,and in terms of treatment,both physical and mental symptoms and their correlation should be recognized and resolved,which is the key to improve clinical efficacy.In bio-psycho-social medical model,the application of TCM psychosomatic medicine can provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of andrological diseases.
