摘　　要：目的研究氧化型高密度脂蛋白(ox-HDL)与IL-1β在老年CHD病人中的表达情况及其与CHD的相关性。方法选取我院128例CHD病人为研究对象,其中包含心绞痛组67例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组61例,并以同期52例冠脉造影正常者为对照组。比较各组ox-HDL、IL-1β的水平,并分析其与Gensini评分的相关性。结果AMI组血清ox-HDL、IL-1β水平均显著高于心绞痛组及对照组,心绞痛组血清ox-HDL、IL-1β水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。AMI组的Gensini评分为(62.4±8.3)分,明显高于心绞痛组的(37.6±6.5)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,老年CHD病人血清ox-HDL、IL-1β水平与Gensini评分均呈正相关(r=0.679、0.692,P<0.001)。结论ox-HDL、IL-1β在老年CHD发病机制的研究中具有重要的临床价值。Objective To study the expression and clinical value of oxidized high density lipoprotein(ox-HDL)and interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β)in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 128 CHD patients in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,including 67 cases of angina pectoris and 61 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Another 52 volunteers with normal coronary angiographic in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of ox-HDL and IL-1βin each group were compared and the correlations with Gensini score were analyzed.Results The levels of serum ox-HDL and IL-1βin AMI group were significantly higher than those in angina pectoris group and the control group,and being higher in the angina pectoris group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Gensini score of AMI group was 62.4±8.3,which was higher than that of angina pectoris group(37.6±6.5,P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum ox-HDL and IL-1βwere positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.679,0.692;P<0.001).Conclusions Ox-HDL and IL-1βplay important roles in the pathogenesis of CHD in the elderly.
