摘 要:武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥主桥为(200+2×850+200)m三塔四跨钢-混结合梁悬索桥,中塔墩提出采用自浮式筒形复合材料防撞装置,以减小桥墩的船撞风险。为研究该防撞装置的破坏模式及防撞效果,制作了4个缩尺比为1∶8的防撞装置试件进行准静态侧压试验,并采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对船桥的碰撞过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:在准静态侧压下,防撞装置的内面层层间剥离、外面层与泡沫剥离,内、外面层纤维均断裂;纵向格构层间剥离并屈曲破坏,降低格构间距可提高结构的弹性极限承载力和初始刚度;防撞装置可以降低船舶撞击力,延长撞击时间;船艏结构撞击后变形明显减少,应力降低。该防撞装置具有良好的防撞保护效果,能有效地降低船桥碰撞过程中桥梁和船舶的损伤。The main bridge of Yingwuzhou Changjiang River Bridge is a three-pylon steel-concrete composite girder suspension bridge with spans of 200,2×850 and 200 m.a self-floating cylindrical anti-collision device made of composite materials is proposed,to reduce the risk of pier-vessel collision.To study the failure mode and anti-collision effect of the anti-collision device,four specimens of 1∶8 scale were prepared,and the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the vessel-bridge collision process.The results show that under the quasi-static lateral compression,the inner walls of the anti-collision device delaminated,the external walls detached from the foam,and fibers in the inner and outer walls were broken.The longitudinal lattice webs delaminated and suffered from buckling damage,whereas reducing the spacing of lattice webs can improve the elastic ultimate load bearing capacity and initial stiffness of the structure.The anti-collision device can reduce the vessel collision force and prolong the time of collision.The deformation of vessel bow after collision significantly reduced and stresses dropped.The anti-collision device has good energy absorption performance,which can effectively reduce the dames of bridge and vessels during the bridge-vessel collision process.
