摘　　要：合理用药是医疗卫生事业关注的重点问题,药学管理更是医院服务质量管理中的重要内容。将PDCA循环应用到药学服务质量管理中,不仅能够更好地督促医护人员工作,还能够提高药学管理和服务的水平。利用统计学的方法,更加科学有效地体现了PDCA在药学质量管理中的应用价值。Rational use of drugs is the focus of medical and health care,pharmaceutical management is an important part of hospital service quality management. Applying PDCA circulation to pharmaceutical service quality management can not only better supervise the work of medical staff,but also improve the level of pharmaceutical management and service. The application value of PDCA in pharmaceutical quality management is more scientific and effective by using statistical method.
