摘　　要：办好一批高水平的民办学校是国家战略要求。对我国现行体制下高水平民办大学建设从政策环境、社会环境、高校自身发展三个方面进行了深入分析,提出建设高水平民办大学的五种路径:依托国家政策支持,保障公办民办同起跑;利用自身优势,建立现代大学制度;科学定位办学目标,追求特色化发展;把握国家放管服力度,探索改革规律;对接社会需求,吸引企业等社会力量主动参与到办学中来。着力提高民办高校人才培养质量,走内涵式发展道路,逐步提高高水平民办大学的建设水平。It is a requirement of the national strategy to "run a number of high-quality privately-run schools". The author puts forward five ways to build a high-level non-governmental university: first,relying on the support of the state policy to ensure that the governmental and non-governmental colleges and universities run together;the second is to use its own advantages to establish a modern university system;the third is to find the pilot reform and scientifically locate the goal of running a school;fourth,to locate the reform mode and explore the laws of reform;fifth,to meet the needs of society,attract social forces,enterprises actively participate in school. Efforts should be made to improve the quality of personnel training in private colleges and universities,take the road of connotative development,and gradually improve the construction level of high-level private colleges and universities.
