新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间四川地区护理本科生的心理状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间四川地区护理本科生的心理状况,为突发公共卫生事件下护理本科生的心理干预提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方式选取1013名护理本科生,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行调查。结果1013名护理本科生中,焦虑状态检出率为13.8%,抑郁状态检出率为24.4%,焦虑、抑郁状态的学生更倾向于采用消极的应对方式,而无焦虑、抑郁状态的学生更倾向于采用积极的应对方式,睡眠障碍的发生率为7.8%。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对四川地区护理本科生的焦虑及抑郁症状的发生有一定影响,需要采取有效的心理干预措施来促进其心理健康。Objective In order to understand the psychological state in Sichuan area nursing undergraduate’s during the epidemic period of coronavirus disease(COVID-19),providing basis for psychological intervention of nursing undergraduates in public health emergencies.Methods 1013 nursing undergraduates were selected by cluster sampling,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Simple Coping Style Scale(SCSQ)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to investigate.Results Among 1013 nursing undergraduates,the detection rate of anxiety state was 13.8%,and the detection rate of depression state was 24.4%.The students with anxiety and depression state were more inclined to adopt negative coping style,while the students without anxiety and depression state were more inclined to adopt positive coping style,and the incidence of sleep disorder was 7.8%.Conclusion The outbreak of COVID-19 has a certain impact on the anxiety and depressive symptoms of nursing undergraduates in Sichuan area.Effective psychological intervention measures are needed to promote their mental health.
