摘 要:重点实验室是国家科技创新的重要平台,在科技兴海理念和创新驱动发展战略的指导下,我国海洋领域重点实验室蓬勃发展,但也存在着原始创新不足、共享程度低等问题,一定程度上制约了重点实验室的持续健康发展。针对这些问题,文章介绍了部分国外实验室的经验和存在的问题,总结了海洋领域重点实验室在理念定位、人才培养和运行管理等方面的具体措施,为海洋领域重点实验室的发展提供参考。The key laboratory is the important platform for national scientific and technological innovation.Under the guidance of developing oceans in a scientific and technological way and the innovation-driven development strategy,key laboratories in marine are flourishing developing in China.However,there are still some problems in reality,like lacking of original innovation and low sharing.To some extent,it has restricted the sustainable development of key laboratories.In response to these questions,this paper introduced the experiences and problems of some foreign laboratories.At the same time,this paper summarized the specific measures of marine key laboratories in the field of concept orientation,personnel training and major management for scientific and efficient construction and management of marine key laboratories.At last,it will provide reference for the development of marine key laboratories.
