摘　　要：2019年4月9日,中国非洲研究院成立,习近平主席发来贺信。习近平主席的贺信饱含热情、高屋建瓴、思想深邃、内涵丰富、语重心长,是中国非洲研究院的建院之本、强院之魂,是办好中国非洲研究院的根本遵循。中国社会科学院党组高度重视中国非洲研究院,多次召开专题会议,学习贯彻习近平主席贺信精神,对中国非洲研究院的重点工作进行科学谋划和精心部署。中国非洲研究院以交流平台、研究基地、人才高地、传播窗口"四大功能"定位为突破口,振奋精神,积极破题,各项工作顺利开局,全力向具有全球视野的国家高端智库奋进。On April 9,2019,Chinese President,His Excellency Xi Jinping sent a letter to congratulate the inauguration of the China-Africa Institute(CAI).With a deep affection,strategic guidance,profound thinking,rich connotation and sincere hope,Xi Jinping’s congratulatory letter is the foundation and soul for the building and prosperity of the CAI,and has provided a fundamental follow-up for its development.The Party Group of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS),who has been attaching great importance to the CAI,has held a number of special meetings to learn and implement the spirit of Xi Jinping’s congratulatory letter as well as to outline a scientific plan and overall deployment for the key tasks of the CAI.Taking its "Four Functions" of exchange platform,research base,talent hub and communication window as breakthroughs,the CAI has guaranteed an efficient performance since its inauguration through inspiring and proactive efforts,and is now vigorously engaging towards building a high-end national think tank with global vision.
