摘  要:针对光催化装置处理印染废水实用效率低的问题,以负载TiO 2活性炭纤维为催化剂,采用自行设计的循环式光催化装置,通过正交试验对影响因素排序,并确定装置运行的最佳参数。结果表明:100倍色度酸性湖蓝A模拟废水最佳脱色参数为pH=6,催化剂投加量0.02 m 2/L,300 W紫外线高压汞灯作光源,运行20 min,脱色率为97.22%;100倍色度碱性玫瑰红B模拟废水最佳脱色参数pH=4,催化剂投加量0.02 m 2/L,250 W紫外线高压汞灯作光源,运行20 min,脱色率为94.73%。2种染料的显色基团均被有效降解,装置脱色效果良好。To solve the problem of low practical efficiency of photocatalytic device in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment,the decolorization and degradation effecTSof Alphazurine A and Rhodamine B are studied by self-designed batch reactor using TiO 2 loaded carbon fiber cloth as catalyst.The influence degree of each influencing factor was screened out by orthogonal experiment and the best parameter of equipment operation was determined through single factor experiment.The resulTSshow that:when the pH value is 6,the UV high pressure mercury lamp 300 W,after 20 min illumination,the decolorization rate of the Alphazurine A solution with 100 times chroma is 97.22%;when the pH value is 4,the UV high pressure mercury lamp 250 W,after 20 min illumination,the decolorization rate of the Rhodamine B solution with 100 times chroma is 94.73%.The chromogenic groups of two pigmenTSwere effectively degraded by the TiO 2 activated carbon fiber within 20 min.
