摘  要:综合管廊工程建设中时,存在定位精准性差、细节统计能力不足的问题,易导致工程进度滞后。为此,利用Bentley软件,采用建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术,通过实地检测装备与电脑综合评估设备实现综合管廊工程的实际测量与评估,在软件程序中分配各工作组的相关任务。在此基础上,对模型进行整合,采用交点法和积木法完成平纵面相关设计,通过各工作组的协作构建综合管廊工程模型。结果表明:该方法定位精确性较高,细节信息处理量大,工程耗时较少,能够有效推进工程进度,提高工程质量。In the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery project,there are problems such as poor positioning accuracy and insufficient detailed statistical ability,which easily lead to the project progress lag.Therefore,using Bentley software and BIM technology,the actual measurement and evaluation of the integrated pipe gallery project was realized through the on-site inspection equipment and computer integrated evaluation equipment,and then the related tasks of the working groups were assigned in the software program.On this basis,the model was integrated,the intersection method and block method were used to complete the design of the horizontal and vertical plane,and the comprehensive pipe gallery engineering model was built through the cooperation of various working groups.The resulTSshow that this method has high positioning accuracy,large amount of detail information processing,less engineering time,which can effectively promote the progress of the project and improve the quality of the project.
