摘　　要：目的探讨心肌桥伴高血压患者的冠状动脉CT血管造影影像学特点和临床特征。方法选择2013年12月至2018年3月上海健康医学院附属周浦医院收治的167例心肌桥伴高血压患者作为研究组,以同期收治的160例未伴有高血压的心肌桥患者作为对照组,收集两组患者的CT血管造影影像学资料和临床资料,比较两组患者心肌桥的类型、厚度、壁冠状动脉长度、收缩末期直径、合并冠状动脉粥样硬化例数、明显胸痛例数、缺血性心电图改变阳性率。结果观察组心肌桥出现冠状动脉斑块的例数、明显胸痛例数和缺血性心电图改变阳性率均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组心肌桥的类型、厚度及壁冠状动脉长度、收缩末期直径差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论心肌桥伴高血压患者更易合并近端冠状动脉斑块,临床症状也重于无高血压的心肌桥患者,应重视心肌桥伴高血压的及时诊治。Objective To investigate the CTA imaging and clinical features of myocardial bridge(MB) in patients with hypertension. Method To study the clinical and CTA imaging data of 167 cases of myocardial bridge with hypertension, 160 myocardial bridge cases without hypertension as control group. The type, length and thickness of the MB and the number of cases combined with coronary atherosclerosis in each group were compared. Result Compared with the study group without hypertension, there were significant differences in the number of coronary artery plaques, thoracic pain and ECG positive rate in the contrast group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the type, length and thickness of the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion MB patients with hypertensive are more likely to have the coronary plaques in the proximal artery of MB. Their clinical symptoms is more severe than that of non-hypertension group. It should pay attention to the treatment and diagnosis of MB patients with hypertension.
