摘　　要：结合实地参观和调研,介绍了苏格兰医疗体系概况,对其优势、存在的问题及当地的应对策略进行了初步分析;总结了苏格兰医院建设与管理的成功经验及相关启示。Based on field visits and surveys,an overview of the Scottish health system is introduced,and its advantages,existing problems,and local coping strategies are analyzed.The successful experience and related inspirations of the construction and management of Scottish hospitals are summarized.
