摘　　要：以绍兴市人民医院为例,从管理模式、管理手段、管理技术、绩效考核4个方面阐述了其在后勤管理上的创新模式,从而提升后勤管理质量,满足多样化服务需求。Taking Shaoxing People's Hospital as an example,the innovation model in logistics management is described from four aspects:management mode,management methods,management technology,and performance evaluation,so as to improve the quality of logistics management and meet the needs of diverse services.
