摘 要:为了探究不同底吹布置模式对熔池的搅拌效果,以某钢厂100 t转炉为研究对象,通过冷态水模拟研究不同底吹布置方式以及不同底吹气体流量对熔池混匀时间的影响。研究表明,四孔矩形底吹布置时,底吹流股对熔池的搅拌更充分,死区面积小,混匀时间最短。熔池混匀时间随着底吹气体流量的不断增大,存在先减小后增大的规律。In order to optimize the mixing effect of the bottom blowing on the molten pool,a 100t converter of a steel plant was taken as the re-search object,and the effects of different bottom blowing arrangements and different bottom blowing gas flows on the mixing time of the molten pool were studied by cold water simulation.The research shows that when the four-hole rectangular bottom is blown,the bottom blowing stream is more fully stirred by the molten pool,the dead zone area is small,and the mixing time is the shortest.The mixing time of the molten pool has a law of decreasing first and then increasing as the flow rate of the bottom blowing gas increases.
