摘 要:以电熔棕刚玉、97碳化硅、硅微粉、Al2O3微粉、白刚玉微粉、Secar71高铝水泥、金属硅粉、高温沥青粉及CarboresP为主要原料,先分别以0、1%、2%、3%的高温沥青粉替代白刚玉粉,外加质量分数为4.5%的水均匀搅拌,振动成型,探究了高温沥青粉加入量对浇注料流动性、常温物理性能及高温抗折强度的影响,确定了高温沥青粉的最佳加入量;以此为基础,再分别以0、0.5%、1%、1.5%的CarboresP等量替代白刚玉粉,外加质量分数为4.8%的水搅拌均匀,振动浇注成型,进一步研究了CarboresP对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着高温沥青粉加入量的增加,相同加水量浇注料的流动性变差,体积密度减小,显气孔率升高,强度降低,当高温沥青粉加入质量分数为2%时,浇注料的综合性能最佳;在沥青粉确定为2%加入量的前提下,外加1%的CarboresP可以使该浇注料的强度增加,抗氧化性较好,但当CarboresP加入量超过1%后,浇注料流动性显著降低,显气孔率升高,强度降低。根据研究结果,以2%质量分数的高温沥青粉配合1%质量分数的CarboresP作为复合碳源制备的Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料,在现场应用中取得了较好的效果。With fused brown corundum,97 silicon carbide,silicon powder,Al2O3 powder,white corundum powder,Secar71 high-alumina ce-ment,metal silicon powder,high-temperature asphalt powder and CarboresP as main raw materials,the white corundum powder was replaced by 0,1%,2%,3%high-temperature asphalt powder,and the water content of 4.5%was added to mix evenly and shaping by vibration.The effect of high-temperature asphalt powder addition on the fluidity and normal of castables was investigated.The optimum addition amount of high-tem-perature asphalt powder was determined by the influence of temperature physical properties and high-temperature flexural strength.On this ba-sis,white corundum powder was replaced by CarboresP of 0,0.5%,1%and 1.5%respectively.The addition of 4.8%water was stirred uni-formly and the effect of CarboresP on the properties of castable was further studied.The results show that with the increase of the addition a-mount of high temperature asphalt powder,the fluidity of castables with the same water content decreases,the volume density decreases,the ap-parent porosity increases and the strength decreases.When the mass fraction of high temperature asphalt powder is 2%,the comprehensive per-formance of castables is the best.On the premise that the addition amount of asphalt powder is 2%,the strength and resistance of castables can be increased by adding 1%CarboresP.The oxidation property is good,but when the addition of CarboresP exceeds 1%,the fluidity of castable decreases significantly,the apparent porosity increases and the strength decreases.According to the research results,Al2O3-SiC-C iron channel castable was prepared with 2%high temperature asphalt powder and 1%C arboresP as composite carbon source,and good results were ob-tained in field application.
