摘 要:为保证变压器能够长期安全运行,基于有限体积法的油浸式变压器温度场计算方法,建立变压器温度场数学模型,研究变压器内部传热过程,并对大型油浸式变压器内部绕组、铁芯温度场进行分析以及确定热点位置。其次研究变压器在不同负载和不同环境温度情况下对变压器温度场的影响效果。研究表明:变压器内部绕组、铁芯温度场的分布趋势一致,随着负载及环境温度的升高,变压器内部温度随着升高,热点的温度也随着升高,但热点的位置基本不变。In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the transformer,based on the finite volume method for calculating the temperature field of the oil-immersed transformer,the mathematical model of the temperature field of the transformer was established,the heat transfer process inside the transformer was studied,and the internal windings and iron core temperature fields of the large oil-immersed transformer were analyzed and the hot spots were determined.Secondly,the effect of transformer under different load and different ambient temperature on trans-former temperature field was studied.The research showed that the distribution trend of the temperature field of the windings inside the trans-former and the iron core is consistent.With the increase of the load and the ambient temperature,the internal temperature of the transformer in-creases with the increase of the hot spot temperature,but the hot spot position remains basically unchanged.
