摘　　要：目的探讨产科自制的宝宝资料袋构建新生儿预防保健的标准化管理模式并评价其在新生儿预防保健中的应用效果。方法对2015-2017年在安徽省立医院出生的13 602例新生儿进行非同期对照试验,2016-2017年分娩的新生儿实施预防保健的标准化管理模式,与2015年比较管理模式实施前、后年度新生儿疾病筛查的覆盖率、转诊率、失访率及年度新生儿听力筛查的覆盖率、转诊率、失访率和预防保健资料丢失率、母乳喂养咨询率的变化。结果 2016年和2017年新生儿疾病筛查的覆盖率高于2015年,失访率低于2015年;新生儿听力筛查的覆盖率高于2015年,失访率和转诊率低于2015年;预防保健资料丢失率逐年降低,母乳喂养的咨询率逐年提高;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05)。结论基于自制宝宝资料袋构建新生儿预防保健的标准化管理模式有助于提高产科新生儿预防保健水平,建议在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the standardized management model of obstetric neonatal prevention and health care established based on self-made neonatal information packs,evaluate the application effect in neonatal prevention and health care. Methods A nonconcurrent controlled trial was conducted in 13 602 neonates born in Anhui Provincial Hospital from 2015 to 2017. The standardized management mode of prevention and health care was implemented in the neonates born from 2016 to 2017. The changes of annual coverage rate,referral rate,the rate of lost to follow-up,the loss rate of preventive health care data,and breastfeeding consultation rate before and after implementation of standardized management mode were compared. Results The coverage rates of neonatal disease screening in 2016 and 2017 were higher than that in 2015,while the rates of lost to follow-up was lower than that in 2015. The coverage rates of newborn hearing screening in 2016 and 2017 were higher than that in 2015,while the rates of lost to follow-up and referral rate were lower than that in 2015. The loss rates of preventive and health care data decreased year by year,the consultation rates of breastfeeding increased year by year,there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Standardized management model of obstetric neonatal prevention and health care established based on self-made neonatal information packs is helpful to improve the level of neonatal prevention and health care in obstetric department,and it is recommended for clinical population and application.
