摘 要:目的探讨头颈部血管成像检查中多层螺旋CT双低剂量扫描的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月在武汉科技大学附属天佑医院接受多层螺旋CT头颈部血管成像检查的患者79例,依据多层螺旋CT管电流与造影剂量差异分组。38例行管电压100 kV、管电流100 mA、对比剂50.0 ml碘克沙醇(320 mgI/ml)扫描者为对照组。41例行管电压100 k V、管电流80 m A、对比剂40.0 ml碘克沙醇(320 mg I/ml)扫描者为实验组。比较分析两组图像质量主观评分、信噪比、对比噪声比、辐射剂量与碘负荷量。结果实验组右大脑中动脉、左大脑中动脉、右颈内动脉、左颈内动脉、右颈总动脉、左颈总动脉、主动脉弓信噪比、对比噪声比与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组图像质量评分是(4.34±0.29)分,对照组是(4.32±0.35)分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组容积CT剂量指数、剂量长度积、有效剂量、碘负荷量均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT双低剂量扫描应用于头颈部血管成像检查不仅可获取高质量图像,而且可减少辐射剂量,值得选用。Objective To explore the application of multi spiral CT double low dose scan in head and neck angiography.Methods From January 2016 to January 2016 in our hospital,79 cases of patients accepted multislice CT of head and neck vascular imaging were selected.On the basis of multislice CT tube dose,patients were divided into difference group:38 cases of routine pipe 100 kV voltage,electric current 100 mA,50.0 ml contrast agent iodixanol(mgI/320 ml)scan as a control,and 41 cases of routine pipe 100 kV voltage,current 80 mA,40.0 ml contrast agent agent iodixanol(mgI/320 ml)scan as the experimental group.Retrospective analysis of two groups of subjective image quality score,SNR,contrast to noise ratio,radiation dose and iodine load were performed.Results The right middle cerebral artery,left middle cerebral artery,the right internal carotid artery,left internal carotid artery,the right common carotid artery and left common carotid artery,the aorta SNR,contrast noise ratio difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);the image quality score of the experimental group was(4.34±0.29)and the control group was(4.32±0.35),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The CT dose index,dose length product,effective dose and iodine load in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT dual low dose scan can be applied to head and neck angiography,not only for obtaining high-quality images,but also for reducing radiation dose.
