摘 要:突发的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情引发了人们的应激反应,打破了人们的日常稳定状态,而日常稳定状态被破坏,必然带来个体身心失衡,应激反应使日常生活被抑制或被忽略,自我照料和康复能力受限。有效的心理干预不仅可以增强复原力和应对能力,更有助于人们在疫情中及疫情后尽快恢复日常稳定状态。基于此,文章介绍了行动系统的概念,分析了新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下各行动系统的表现,同时提出了基于行动系统的具体的心理干预方法。The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic has triggered people’s stress responses and disrupted people’s daily lives,which inevitably causes physical and mental imbalance of people in such circumstance.The main symptoms are excessive stress response,suppression or ignorance of daily activities,and limited capacities for self-care and recovery.The paper points out that effective psychological intervention can not only enhance peoples’resilience and coping capacities,but also help people to restore their daily stability during and after the epidemic as quickly as possible.Based on this,the paper introduces the concept of action systems,analyzes the presentation of each action system under the COVID-19 epidemic,and proposes workable psychological intervention methods based on the perspective of action systems.
