乡村振兴背景下农民信息素养提升策略

摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下提升农民的信息素养,是我国农村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕总要求的题中之义。目前在我国广大的农村地区,由于受制于自身的文化素质普遍较低、信息意识薄弱、信息知识缺乏等客观因素,导致我国农村地区农民的信息素养普遍不高。文章通过对如何提升农民信息素养的一些研究,提出从资金投入、农业信息人才培养、信息宣传等方面加强对农民信息素养的培养。Improving farmers'information literacy under the background of rural revitalization is the meaning of the general requirements of our country's rural industry prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life.At present,in the vast rural areas of our country,due to the general low quality of their own culture,weak information awareness,lack of information knowledge and other objective factors,the information literacy of farmers in rural areas of our country is generally not high.Through some research on how to improve farmers'information literacy,this paper proposes to strengthen the cultivation of farmers'information literacy from the aspects of capital input,agricultural information talent training,information propaganda and so on.
