摘  要:为了解湿度和基质对樟子松种子发芽的影响,在环境湿度为95%、85%、75%时,以纸床和蛭石为基质,观察樟子松种子发芽状况。结果表明:在蛭石和纸床(脱脂纱布)发芽过程中,发芽势和发芽率随着湿度降低而下降,2种基质的发芽势在95%和85%湿度时与75%湿度相比较差异显著,不同湿度间发芽率差异不显著。在同一湿度环境下,蛭石基质发芽势和发芽率均高于纸床发芽势和发芽率,差异不显著。综合来看,蛭石基质在环境空气湿度95%和85%时更利于樟子松种子萌发。In order to understand the effect of humidity and substrate on the germination of Pinus sylvestris seeds, the paper bed and vermiculite were used as substrates to observe the germination of Pinus sylvestris seeds when the environmental humidity was 95%,85% and 75%. The results showed that during the germination of vermiculite and paper bed,the germination potential and germination rate decreased with the decrease of humidity. The germination potential of the two matrixes was significantly different from that of 75% at 95% and85% humidity,but the difference was not significant at different humidity. In the same humidity environment,the germination power and germination rate of vermiculite matrix were higher than that of paper bed,and the difference was not significant. On the whole,vermiculite matrix was more favorable to the germination of Pinus sylvestris seeds when the humidity was 95% and 85%.
