早熟大粒‘希姆劳特’葡萄芽变株系“44-9-3”的主要性状表现

摘　　要："44-9-3"是‘希姆劳特’葡萄上发现的芽变,为评价该芽变材料的表现是否优异,对其进行了形态学特征、生物学特性、果实品质特性等方面的观察及测定,以‘希姆劳特’为对照进行对比分析。结果表明:芽变株系"44-9-3"在生物学特性、果实品质特性等方面与‘希姆劳特’存在明显差异:芽变株系"44-9-3"果粒为圆形,对照果粒为椭圆形;芽变株系"44-9-3"平均粒重5.09g,比对照(2.67g)大90.64%,平均穗重达508g,比对照(266g)重90.98%;可滴定酸含量比对照低,风味更好;果实成熟期比对照提早了5d;综合各项指标认为:"44-9-3"大粒性状突出,表现出成熟期早、易成花、品质优良、丰产稳产,是一个综合性状优良的早熟大粒变异材料。We discovered a bud sport on Himrod Seedless and named it as "44-9-3",in order to evaluate the performance of the bud sport, the morphological characteristics, biological characteristics and fruit quality characteristics of bud sport "44-9-3" were observed and measured,and Himrod Seedless was used as control for comparative analysis. The results showed that the fruit shape of "44-9-3" was round,and that of control was oval. The average grain weight of "44-9-3" was 5.09 g,increased by 90.64% than control(2.67 g). The average ear weight of "44-9-3" was 508 g,increased by 90.98% than control(266 g). The content of soluble solid lower than control. The mature stage of the bud sport "44-9-3" was 5 d earlier than control. Calculating these indexes comprehensively, the bud sport traits are obvious and they show large-grain, early maturing, easy to flower,excellent quality,elegant fruit,good yield,from which,a conclusion can be drawn that the bud sport is an early maturing and large-grain type of variation materials.
