论发挥工会作用促进安全治理的路径

摘　　要：党的十九届四中全会提出"建设社会治理共同体",为新时代加强和创新社会治理指明了方向,也为工会工作提供了行动指南。如何充分发挥工会的群众组织优势,开展安全治理、平安建设活动,文章从培育安全文化、履行维权职责、发挥安全协管、开展劳动竞赛、强化法制意识等方面进行了详细论述。The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed "building a community of social governance",which has pointed out the direction for strengthening and innovating social governance in the new era, and also has provided a guide for trade union work. How to give full play to the advantages of mass organizations of trade unions, carry out safety governance and safety construction activities,this paper discussed the ways to promote safety governance from the aspects of cultivating safety culture, performing the responsibility of safeguarding rights, giving full play to safety co management, carrying out labor competition and strengthening legal awareness.
