摘　　要：大陆颁布针对台湾青年的创业就业政策的真正目的不仅在于“引进来”,更重要的是能够“留下来”、“同发展”。据此,本研究分析了台湾青年创业就业政策在不同地区的特点,并以京津冀与东部沿海地区为例,分析政策存在的问题,进而提出应对策略。The authentic purpose of the Mainland Policy towards Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment is not only to introduce Taiwan youth,but also to retain talent and promote common development.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the Mainland policy towards Taiwan youth entrepreneurship and employment,by taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and eastern coastal areas as case study,studies the policy’s problems.Based on these,the paper put forward the coping strategies.
