摘　　要：韩国对中美贸易摩擦保持高度关注,认为这不仅是贸易逆差的问题,更是大国间的权力之争,而高度依赖外部环境的韩国经济将不可避免地受到冲击。尽管有个别声音认为中美贸易摩擦可能给韩国带来新机遇,但从现实情况来看,韩国股市、出口贸易、国内生产总值等均受到负面冲击。除此之外,中美贸易摩擦带来的全球价值链重塑和大国竞争加剧,给韩国带来了更多的风险和不确定性。面对挑战,韩国可采取的措施并不多,主要致力于开拓新的市场、保持中立态度以及加强多边合作。从长远来看,中韩共同利益依然存在较大挖掘空间,两国应致力于尽快达成新的更高标准的自贸协定,加强在新技术商业化应用方面的合作,以及进一步加强产业合作,提高区域一体化水平。ROK has high interest in the U.S.-China trade friction and believes it is not only a matter of trade deficit but also a power struggle between major powers.Furthermore,it will be a shock to the Korean economy that relies heavily on the external circumstances.Respite few scholar’s voices consider that the China-U.S.trade friction could be a new opportunity for ROK,the actual results show that the Korean stock market,export trade and gross domestic product are all negatively impacted.Besides this,the realignment of the global value chain following the China-U.S.trade friction and intensifying competition among the major powers are posing more risks and uncertainties for ROK.There is not much ROK can do but focuses on exploring new markets,maintains a neutral attitude and strengthens multilateral cooperation.In the long run,the common interests of ROK and China still exist on large excavation space,the two countries should focus on promptly concluding a new higher standard FTA,reinforcing cooperation in commercializing new technologies,strengthening industrial cooperation and improving the level of regional integration.
