摘 要:为研究尺寸效应对面板混凝土材料动态力学性能的影响,通过设计一系列试验,采用混凝土动静三轴仪试验仪对不同面板混凝土试件(Ф150 mm×150 mm、Ф150 mm×300 mm、Ф150 mm×450 mm)进行动态力学性能试验,得到面板混凝土极限抗压强度与应变速率的拟合关系式。结果表明,当面板混凝土试件尺寸相同时,试件的轴向抗压强度随着应变速率提高而增大,轴向峰值应变随之减小;当加载的应变速率相同时,试件的轴向抗压强度随着试件尺寸增大而减小,其轴向峰值应变也随之减小;当混凝土试件尺寸不同时,应变速率的提高对尺寸较小的试件的轴向抗压强度的增幅影响较大。最终通过数据回归分析,得出考虑尺寸效应影响的面板混凝土轴向抗压强度与应变速率关系的拟合曲线。In order to study the effect of size effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of panel concrete materials, a series of tests were designed to use dynamic and static triaxial testers for different panel concrete specimens(Ф150 mm ×150 mm, Ф150 mm × 300 mm, Ф150 mm × 450 mm). In the performance test, the fitting relationship between the ultimate compressive strength and the strain rate of the panel concrete is obtained. The results show that when the panel concrete specimen size is the same, the axial compressive strength of the specimen increases with the increase of the strain rate, and the peak axial strain decreases accordingly;when the loaded strain rate is the same, the axis of the specimen The compressive strength decreases as the size of the test piece increases, and its peak axial strain also decreases. When the size of the concrete test piece is different, the increase in strain rate increases the axial compressive strength of the smaller size test piece. The increase in intensity has a greater impact. Finally, through regression analysis of the data, a fitting curve is obtained for the relationship between the axial compressive strength and the strain rate of the slab concrete considering the effect of size.
