摘  要:文章从金川矿山地质灾害分布和地质灾害监测技术现状出发,结合3DWEBGIS技术,设计研究了平台功能需求,对整个平台起到了举足轻重的作用。文章从矿山地质灾害监测数据管理功能、矿山地质灾害动态监测、矿山地质灾害预警分析、矿山地质灾害共享决策和应急管理、矿山地质灾害三维模型展示5个方面,介绍了金川矿山地质灾害监测预警与信息管理平台功能需求,力求保证为金川矿山地质灾害防治工作提供严谨、科学、系统的专业技术支撑和决策,其中地质灾害三种类型模型和地灾三维显示的搭建是本平台的亮点。Based on the distribution of geological hazards and the status quo of geological hazards monitoring technology in JinChuan mine,this paper,combined with 3DWEBGIS technology,designed and studied the functional requirements of the platform,which played an important role in the whole platform.Based on the mine geology disaster monitoring data management function,the dynamic monitoring of mine geology hazard,mine geology disaster of mine geological disaster warning analysis,Shared decision-making and emergency management,mining geological disasters in the three dimensional model shows five aspects,this paper introduces the singularity of mine geological disaster monitoring and early warning and management information platform function demand,makes every effort to ensure provide the singularity of the mine geological hazard prevention and control work is rigorous,scientific,professional technical support and decision-making system,including three types of geological hazards model and the disaster of 3d display structures,it is the highlight of this platform.
