摘　　要：金初文化精英实为“借才异代”。而金源文化精英的形成则经历了一个艰难的过程。以党怀英为例,他作为土生土长的金国汉人,克服了家境贫寒的经济困境;经历了金代中期错综复杂的矛盾,走上仕途;选取制文和篆书这两种文学样式作为脱颖而出的突破点,最终成为金源文化精英的突出代表。党怀英是金源文化精英形成模式中的一个经典个案。The cultural elites in the early Jin dynasty were actually"borrowed from different generations".The formation of Jinyuan cultural elite went through a difficult process.As a native Han nationality in Jin state,Dang Huaiying overcame his poor family's economic difficulties and experienced the middle Jin dynasty intricate contradictions.The two literary styles of the seal character and the official document were chosen as the breakthrough points to stand out and finally became the outstanding representatives of Jinyuan cultural elite.Dang Huaiying is a classic case in the formation pattern of Jinyuan cultural elite.
