摘 要:本研究旨在开发含硫化氢废气的深度脱硫及资源化利用工艺。以中石化镇海炼化柴油加氢精制工段所排放的废气为原料,经工艺论证,设计一条以胺法提纯H2S气体,后与甲醇发生平行反应生成甲硫醇、甲硫醚的工艺路线;并运用Aspen软件对全流程进行模拟及优化,运用中间再沸器技术、萃取精馏技术降低能耗及成本,利用废气中二氧化碳制甲醇,实现节能减排。该工艺处理后废气含硫小于0.2%,且可根据市场需求,调节甲硫醇、甲硫醚的产量,提高了产品的抗风险能力。This research is intended to develop a process of deep desulfurization and resource utilization of hydrogen sulfide containing waste gas.Waste gas,taking the waste gas discharged from the diesel hydrofining section of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company,was used as raw material.In practical theory demonstration,a reasonable route was designed,in which,sulfone amine solution was adopted for deep desulfurization,and H2S purified from the waste gas reacted with methanol to product methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide parallelly.Aspen plus was used to simulate and optimize the whole process.Intermediate reboiling rectification and extractive distillation technologies were used to reduce energy consumption and cost.Carbon dioxide in waste gas was used to produce methanol.After the process treatment,the sulfur content of the waste gas was less than 0.2%,and the production of methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide could be adjusted according to the market demand.This could greatly improve the anti-risk ability of the product.
