摘 要:在提取40个随即样本基础上,一方面通过分析边长线性规划求解法找出优化程度不理想的原因,提出改进措施;另一方面提出新的数量优化线性规划求解法。研究结果表明,采取改进措施和与原方法相结合,平均有42.5%比例的样本提高了优化程度。新的改进措施与方法虽然略增加计算工作量,但方法简单、实用,可显著提高装箱优化程度。On the basis of extracting 40 random samples,through analyzing the linear programming method of side length,the causes of unsatisfactory optimization degree are found out,and improvement measures are put forward.Taking 40 random samples as the study object,the reasons that the optimization degree of linear programming is not ideal sometimes has been found through the side liner method,and the improvement measures are put forward when a new solution method of quantitative optimization linear programming is proposed as well.The result shows that the samples have improved the optimization degree by 42.5%in average proportion when adopting the improved measures and combining with the original method.The new measures and the method are simple and practical despite the fact that it slightly increases the calculation workload and can significantly improve the optimization degree of packing.
