摘 要:作为体育第一课堂的补充,体育第二课堂有其自身特点和作用,深受学生青睐,为学校体育教学注入了新的活力,对提高学生身体素质具有重要意义。但从当前我国体育第二课堂开展情况来看,依然存在一些亟待解决的普遍化问题。本文即立足体育第二课堂特点,探讨体育第二课堂对提高学生身体素质的有效性,并对当前我国体育第二课堂开展现状进行分析,提出了完善我国体育第二课堂教学的相关建议,以充分发挥体育第二课堂在提高学生身体素质方面的作用。As a supplement to the first class of physical education,the second class of physical education has its own characteristics and functions,and is deeply favored by students.It has injected new vitality into school physical education and has great significance for improving the physical quality of students.However,from the current situation of the second class of sports in China,there are still some problems to be solved urgently.This article is based on characteristics of second sports class,second sports class to improve the effectiveness of students’physical quality,and the current second sports class development present situation;and put forward relevant suggestions to improve sports second classroom teaching in our country,in order to give full play to the second class sports in improving students’physical quality function.
