气排球在中学体育的推广研究

摘　　要：气排球运动凭借良好的健身价值、健心价值等,以及相对较低的运动技术要求和较强的趣味性,在全民健身背景下成为了人们喜爱的体育课堂运动项目。气排球在中学体育推广,对丰富中学体育教学项目内容、解决中学体育教学技术问题、丰富中学校园体育文化具有积极的作用。但是,从现实情况来说,在中学体育推广气排球还面临着课程建设不足、气排球运动场和专业师资缺乏的问题。因此,加强气排球在中学体育的推广,还要在课程建设、气排球运动场建设和专业师资配置方面下功夫,为其创造有利的条件。Air volleyball has become a favorite sports classroom sport under the background of national fitness because of its good fitness value,heart-building value,relatively low sports technical requirements and strong interest. The popularization of air volleyball in middle school physical education plays a positive role in enriching the content of middle school physical education teaching items,solving the technical problems of middle school physical education teaching,and enriching the middle school campus sports culture. However,as far as the reality is concerned,the promotion of gas volleyball in middle school physical education is still faced with the problems of insufficient curriculum construction,lack of air volleyball sports ground and major,and lack of teachers.Therefore,for the promotion of air volleyball in middle school physical education,curriculum construction,stadium construction and professional teacher allocation should be focused.
