设计介入精准扶贫的可持续发展模式研究——以河北省为例

摘　　要：以河北省为例研究设计介入精准扶贫的可持续发展问题。首先通过文献研究从理论上分析了设计介入精准扶贫的可实施性,然后通过对河北省设计介入的扶贫项目的调查研究,归纳分析其可持续性上存在的问题。提出了以设计扶贫和设计教育同步进行、设计以符合市场规律的机制参与扶贫、构建设计驱动的协同创新生态系统为核心的设计介入精准扶贫的可持续发展模式。可持续的设计介入精准扶贫模式,能够激发贫困地区的内生创新动力,提升扶贫项目的可持续性。Taking Hebei Province as an example to study the sustainable development of design intervention in targeted poverty alleviation.First of all,the feasibility of design intervention in targeted poverty alleviation is analyzed theoretically through literature research,and then through the investigation and research of the poverty alleviation projects in Hebei Province,the existing problems of its sustainability are summarized and analyzed.The sustainable development mode of design intervention in targeted poverty alleviation is put forward,which is based on the synchronous design poverty alleviation and design education,the mechanism in line with the market law to participate in poverty alleviation and the construction of design driven collaborative innovation ecosystem.Sustainable design intervention in targeted poverty alleviation model can stimulate the endogenous innovation power of poverty-stricken areas and improve the sustainability of poverty alleviation projects.
