高强度混凝土材料在井盖产品设计中的应用

摘　　要：为解决传统井盖不能满足城市道路快速发展背景下的功能性需求和审美性需求的问题。通过文献调研和案例分析,对城市井盖的问题现状进行调查,结合井盖产品的功能原理和高强度混泥土的材质特性进行设计研究。开发了一款具有警示效果和排水功能的新型高强度混凝土井盖。高强度混凝土井盖的设计应从功能,形式美学,安全性等方面上兼顾人们的使用需求,减少道路交通的安全隐患。To solve the problem of traditional well cover can not meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the rapid development of urban roads.Through literature research and case analysis,the current situation of the problem of urban well cover is investigated,and the design and research are carried out based on the functional principle of well cover products and the material characteristics of high strength concrete.Develops a new high-strength concrete well cap with warning effect and drainage function.The design of high strength concrete well cover should take into account people's needs in terms of function,formal aesthetics and safety,so as to reduce the hidden dangers of road traffic safety.
