摘　　要：为了寻找床式熏蒸产品设计过程中的继承设计要素,降低企业产品的开发周期和生产成本,提升产品的造型特征。本文基于产品族设计DNA相关理论,提出了床式熏蒸产品造型创新设计流程。以XYZ-IIC型熏蒸床造型设计为例,提取产品隐性基因与显性因素,构建了床式熏蒸床产品族造型设计模型,提取通用型DNA和可适应型DNA,推演与约束可适应型DNA的造型方案,采用模糊综合评价方法,验证了方法的可行性与有效性。In order to find the inherited design elements in the process of bed fumigation product design,reduce the product development cycle and production cost,and improve the modeling characteristics of the product.this paper based on the DNA theory of product family design,the modeling design flow of bed fumigation product is put forward.Taking the modeling design of XYZ-IIC fumigation bed as an example,the hidden gene and dominant factors of the product were extracted,the product family modeling design model of bed fumigation bed was constructed,the universal DNA and adaptive DNA were extracted,deducing and constraining adaptive DNA modeling scheme,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.
