摘 要:针对核电焊接接头由于冷作硬化导致局部力学性能复杂且难以获取问题,采用球压痕仿真实验表征304奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能。分析不同冷加工率下的应力-应变曲线和载荷-深度曲线,并建立压痕硬度与强度之间的本构关系。结果表明,压痕硬度与强度之间存在明显的线性关系。为了保证数学模型的准确性,采用不同冷加工率对该数学模型进行了验证,结果在允许误差范围内。Since nuclear electrical welded joints have complex local mechanical properties caused by cold-working hardening and are difficult to obtain,ball indentation simulation test was used to characterize the mechanical properties of 304 austenitic stainless steel.The stress-strain curves and load-depth curves under different cold working rates were analyzed,and the constitutive relationship between the hardness and strength of the indentation was established.The results show that there is a clear linear relationship between the hardness and strength of the indentation.In order to ensure the accuracy,the mathematical model was verified by different cold working rates,and the results were within the allowable error range.
