摘　　要：文章在分析了新时代背景下高校学生在学业过程管理及其预警工作机制重要意义的基础上,以上海海洋大学食品学院学业过程管理及预警机制的现状,结合学业过程管理中出现的问题,探索利用现代信息技术,建立、完善高校学生学业预警工作系统;多方合力,构建学校、学院、辅导员等全员参与的高校学生学业预警帮扶机制;进一步完善教学管理系统,整合学生学业信息,建立学生学业预警工作信息平台,形成教育教学过程管理及其预警的全方位机制。Based on the analysis of the significance of college students'academic process management and early warning mechanism in the new era,the paper takes the status quo of the academic process management and early warning mechanism of School of Food Science and Technology of Shanghai Ocean University as an example,and combines the problems in the process of academic process management.We explore the use of modern information technology to establish and improve the early warning system of college students'academic work;with the joint efforts of multiple parties,the early-warning support mechanism for college students'academic work with the participation of the school,college and counselors was constructed.We further improve the teaching management system,integrate students'academic information,establish the information platform of students'academic early warning,and form an all-round mechanism of education and teaching process management and early warning.
