摘 要:本文分析了火电厂给粉机变频器因受低电压穿越影响导致低电压跳闸而造成锅炉MFT动作迫使发电机组停机的原因,通过对目前常用两种变频器低电压穿越技术措施进行比较,选择采用外加串联交流不间断电源(UPS)的低电压穿越装置对给粉机变频器的供电系统进行改造,从而使给粉机在低电压期间保持正常运行,彻底解决给粉机变频器低电压跳闸的问题,保证发电机组的安全稳定运行。This paper analyzes the reason why the boiler MFT action forces the generator set to stop due to the low voltage tripping caused by the low voltage ride through the inverter of the powder feeder of the thermal power plant.By comparing the current low voltage ride-through technical measures of the two commonly used inverters,the low-voltage traversing device with external series AC uninterruptible power supply(UPS)is selected to modify the power supply system of the powder feeder,so that the inverter of the powder feeder can maintain normal operation during low voltage,and completely solve low voltage tripping problem of the inverter of the powder feeder.The safe and stable operation of the generator set is guaranteed.
