摘 要:压裂改造已成为华北油田开发的主体技术,压裂用水需求巨大。同时油田产生的油田污水越来越多,处理的难度大。为了有效解决油田污水问题,同时降低压裂淡水用量,研究采用油田污水配置胍胶压裂液。在分析华北油田污水水质的基础上,深入分析污水压裂液配置难点,优选稠化剂、交联剂,最终形成污水压裂液配方。试验结果表明:污水压裂液破胶性能、携砂性能、耐温抗剪切性、与地层配伍性能良好,对地层伤害与常规水基压裂液相当。目前,使用该压裂液在华北油田施工1口井,取得了较好的效果。Fracturing treatment has become the main technology for the development of Huabei Oilfield, and the demand for fracturing water is huge. At the same time, more and more oilfield sewage is produced, which is difficult to solve. In order to effectively solve the problem of oilfield sewage and reduce the amount of fresh water for fracturing, the paper researches to use oilfield sewage to dispose of the rubber fracturing fluid. On the basis of analyzing the sewage quality of Huabei Oilfield, the paper analyzes the difficulties in the configuration of sewage fracturing fluid, preferably thickeners and cross-linking agents, and finally forms the formula of sewage fracturing fluid. The test results show that the sewage fracturing fluid has good gel breaking performance, sand carrying performance, temperature resistance and shear resistance, and compatibility with the formation. The damage to the formation is equivalent to the conventional water-based fracturing fluid. At present, the use of the fracturing fluid in the construction of a well in Huabei Oilfield has achieved good results.
