摘 要:以再生混凝土路面砖为研究对象,采用正交试验方法研究了养护龄期、粉煤灰取代率、被取代物(水泥、细骨料、水泥-细骨料)对再生砖孔隙率、抗压强度、抗折强度的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰取代率对再生砖的孔隙率影响程度最大,养护龄期对再生砖的抗压和抗折强度影响程度最大,试验范围内再生砖取得最佳性能的方案为养护龄期28 d、粉煤灰取代6%细骨料。Taking recycled concrete paving bricks as the research object,the effects of age,replacement rate and substituents(cement,fine aggregate,cement-fine aggregate)on the porosity,compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled paving bricks were studied by orthogonal test methods.The test results indicated that the replacement rate of fly ash has the greatest influence on the porosity of recycled paving bricks,and the age of curing has the greatest influence on the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled paving bricks.Meanwhile,the best performance of recycled paving bricks in the test range is A2B3C2,that is the age is 28 d,the replacement rate is 6%,and the substitute is fly ash instead of fine aggregate.
