摘 要:随着通信、雷达等无线电系统向高频、宽带和小型化方向发展,出现了多种形式的可重构微波滤波器。本文综述了各种典型可重构滤波器的发展现状,对比分析了不同种类可重构滤波器的优缺点。得出的结论是:在毫米波频段,基于液晶和铁氧体等新材料的可重构滤波器具有低损耗的优势,而基于MEMS技术的可重构滤波器兼具适应高频段和易于集成的优点,这将是未来可重构滤波器研究的重要方向。With the development of communication, radar and other radio systems towards high frequency, wideband operation and miniaturization, many types of microwave reconfigurable filters have emerged. In this paper, the developments of typical reconfigurable filters are reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different types of reconfigurable filters are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the reconfigurable filters based on new materials such as liquid crystal and ferrite have the merits of low loss and high power capacity, while the reconfigurable filters based on MEMS technology are suitable for high frequency band and easy to integrate, which is the key development direction of reconfigurable filters in the future.
