摘  要:针对机场道面填缝料易受剪破坏问题,采用不同的粉液比(无机粉料与聚合物乳液质量之比),制备一种苯丙乳液水泥基复合填缝料(SCJS),采用HS-3001B型剪切实验设备与COX I EM-30型扫描电镜,测试剪切强度性能与剪切变形性能,观察分析其剪切破坏形态。研究结果表明:随着粉液比的增大,SCJS的剪切强度显著提高,剪切负荷位移明显减小,破坏形态逐渐由填缝料内聚破坏转向填缝料与基材间的黏结失效破坏。当粉液比由0.30增大至0.55时,SCJS剪切强度与剪切模量分别提高30%与71.4%,而剪切断裂伸长率与剪切峰前韧度下降35.3%与22.2%。结合扫描电镜结果分析可知,增大粉液比能有效填充SCJS的孔隙结构,增大密实度,进而使SCJS剪切强度提高,但同时会造成SCJS的变形与吸能性能显著下降。Styrene-acrylic emulsion cement-based composite joint sealant(SCJS)was prepared with different powder-emulsion ratio(the ratio of inorganic powder to polymer emulsion).The shear strength and deformation properties of SCJS were investigated,and the shear failure morphology was observed and analyzed as well by Hs-3001b shear test equipment and COX I em-30 scanning electron microscope.The results indicate that with the increase of powder-liquid ratio the shear strength of SCJS is significantly improved.Meanwhile,the shear load displacement is remarkably reduced.Furthermore,the failure model is changed from cohesive failure of joint sealant to bond failure between joint sealant and cement substrate.When the powder-emulsion ratio increased from 0.30 to 0.55,the shear strength and shear modulus of SCJS increased by 30%and 71.4%respectively,while the shear elongation at break and the shear peak toughness decreased by 35.3%and 22.2%respectively.Finally,analysis of micro-mechanism based on scanning electron microscope(SEM)images illustrates that the increasing of powder-to-liquid ratio can effectively fill the pore structure of SCJS,and thus increase the shear strength.While at the same time,the deformation and energy absorption performance of SCJS are significantly reduced.
