摘 要:流动调整器是流量测量中重要整流器件,其结构直接关系流量计测量区域流场的发展程度,进而影响测量准确性。该文从国内外代表性流动调整器入手,对叶片式流动调整器(AMCA调整器、Etoile调整器、管束调整器)、孔板式流动调整器(Laws调整器、Zanker调整器)、组合式流动调整器(叶片与孔板组合结构)的结构、性能特点进行对比分析:叶片式流动调整器性能相对一般,发展趋势为轻巧化以简化制造过程或用于组合式调整器前端构件;孔板式流动调整器性能中等,结构轻便灵活,发展趋势为探索更优化结构或用于组合式后端构件;组合式流动调整器性能较优,结构设计复杂,发展趋势为简化设计过程,针对特殊需求特例设计。The flow conditioner is an important rectifying device in flow measurement,and its structure is directly related to the development degree of the flow field in the flowmeter measurement area,which in turn affects the measurement accuracy.This paper starts with representative flow conditioners at home and abroad,and compares the structure and performance characteristics of the blade flow conditioners(AMCA conditioner,Etoile conditioner,tube bundle conditioner),the orifice plate flow conditioners(Laws conditioner,Zanker conditioner),and the combined flow conditioner(blade and orifice plate combined structure).It is pointed out that the performance of the blade type flow conditioner is relatively general,and the development trend is lighter to simplify the manufacturing process or for the combined front end member;the orifice plate flow conditioner has medium performance,light and flexible structure,and the development trend is to explore more optimized structures or for combined rear end components;the combined flow conditioner has better performance and complex structural design,and the development trend is to simplify the design process and design special cases for specific needs.
