摘  要:针对风洞中对极低风速精准测量的需要,该文设计一种超声波测量极低风速阵列的主控硬件电路系统。相对于一般超声波测风速风向仪器中常见的专用时间测量单元加普通单片机的结构,该系统采用FPGA+DSP结构,包括主控模块、数据采集模块、回波调理模块、发射驱动模块和通信部分。DSP根据上位机下发的设置参数,控制FPGA对回波信号进行增益控制、滤波和采样并由DSP实时进行风速的测算。结果显示,该硬件系统在长时间运行中风速的标准差最高为0.028 m/s,表明该硬件电路系统对极低风速具有很高的测量精度与稳定度。In order to meet the need of accurate measurement of very low wind speed in wind tunnel,this paper designs a main control hardware circuit system for ultrasonic measurement of very low wind speed array.Compared with the structure of special time measurement unit and single-chip computer commonly used in general ultrasonic wind speed and direction measurement instrument,the system adopts the structure of FPGA+DSP,including main control module,data acquisition module,echo conditioning module,transmission driver module and communication part.According to the setting parameters sent by the host computer,the DSP controls the gain control,filtering and sampling of the echo signal by the FPGA,and the wind speed is measured by the DSP in real time.The results show that the maximum standard deviation of wind speed is 0.028 m/s in the long-term operation of the hardware system,which indicates that the hardware circuit system has high measurement accuracy and stability for ultralow wind speed.
