摘 要:针对目前高温环境下材料力学性能测试方法的取样难度大、周期长、成本高等问题,提出一种超声导波检测技术,用来检测材料力学性能随温度的变化过程。被测样品材料为直径2 mm、长度1 m的钼合金丝,将被测材料的一端加工成敏感元并置于氩气保护稳定升温的温度场中,另一端施加脉冲超声,通过实验获得随温度变化的敏感元超声波传输时差数据,经过算法处理,得出温度-声速变化曲线,在材料密度不变的前提下建立超声参量与材料弹性常数之间的关系,最终获得杨氏模量,体积模量,剪切模量以及泊松比随温度变化的曲线,为材料的研制、生产、加工及高温使用提供一种辅助评价手段。Aiming at the problems of difficult sampling,long cycle and high cost in the current testing methods of mechanical properties of materials under high temperature environment,an ultrasonic guided wave testing technology is proposed to detect the change process of mechanical properties of materials with temperature.The molybdenum alloy wire with a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 1 m is tested.One end of the material is processed into sensitive elements and placed in the temperature field of argon protection and stable temperature rise.The other end is applied with pulsed ultrasound.The time difference data of ultrasonic transmission of sensitive elements with temperature change are obtained through experiments.The temperature-sound velocity change is obtained by processing the algorithm.The relationship between ultrasonic parameters and elastic constants of materials is established on the premise of constant density of materials.Finally,the curves of Young's modulus,bulk modulus,shear modulus and Poisson's ratio varying with temperature are obtained,which provides an assistant evaluation method for the development,production,processing and high temperature use of materials.
